Chinese Kruiden Formulering
Geschidennis
TCM biedt een zeer waardevol, rijke, langdurige en uitgebreide kruidentherapie geschiedenis. De oudste kruidenformule boek is Shang Han Lun, geschreven door Zhang Zhongjing, gepubliceerd omstreeks 200 na Christ. waaronder 398 hoofdstukken met 113 kruiden recepten.
Sommige klassiek kruiden formules zijn meer dan 800 jaar gebruikt in China, een van die is “Liu Wei Di Huang Wan” gecreëerd door kruidenarts Qian Yi (c. 1032-1113 CE), nu wordt deze formule vaak voorgeschreven bij natuur geneeskunde praktijk in het westen.
Klassiek Chinese kruiden formules nemen vele jaren van de praktijk te beheersen en veel van hen zijn binnen families en of generaties van de leraar-leerling transmissies gehouden. Deze rijke traditie is een zeer waardevol geschenk van de vorige generaties.

Kruiden Formulering
De sleutel tot de Chinese kruidengeneeskunde is om en kruiden combinatie (samenstellen) te selecteren op basis van polsdiagnose, tongdiagnose, en TCM patroon identificatie van de patiënt na analyse van ziekte verschijnselen.
Chinese kruiden vaak gebruikt in formules in plaats van singulier gebruikt in grotere hoeveelheden. Bij kruiden formules kunt u kruiden combineren en samenstellen om hun positieve effecten te versterken en negatieve effect of bijwerkingen te verminderen of elimineren.
Het belangrijke principe van Chinese kruiden formulering is [glossary_exclude]Jun Chen Zuo Shi:[/glossary_exclude].
- De Jun (keizer, Chief) kruiden zijn belangrijkste en sterkste middelen die behandelen de hoofdoorzaak of primaire symptomen van een ziekte;
- De Chen (minister) kruiden versterken de effecten van Jun kruiden en verlichten secundaire symptomen;
- De Zuo (assistent) kruiden worden gebruikt om de effecten van Jun en Chen moduleren, en de toxische of neveneffecten van deze kruiden verminderen of elimineren;
- De Shi (boodschapper) kruiden zorgen ervoor dat alle componenten in het recept goed geabsorbeerd, en helpen te leveren of hen te begeleiden naar de specifieke energie-kanalen of doelorganen.

Formule Strategie en Therapie
Gebaseerd op vele jaren klinische ervaring, ontwikkeld kruidenarts in oude China verschillend strategie en behandelingsmethoden, een van de bekend is Acht Methoden Therapie (Ba Fa). Ze zijn ingedeeld volgens hun therapeutische werking en worden hieronder getoond:

- Verwarming methode (Wen Fa)

Deze acht basisstrategieën werden geschreven in het boek Yi Xue Xin Wu door Cheng Guo-peng, gepubliceerd in 1732 tijdens Qing dynastie. Nu wordt deze methode een basis van formule strategie bij behandeling van vele ziekten en klachten.
In TCM, diagnose en behandeling zijn gebaseerd op een algemene analyse van de klachten en symptomen, etiologie, de aard en de plaats van de ziekte, Qi van de patiënt (zwak of sterk) en hun constitutie. De kruidenarts zal dan een TCM patroon te kunnen identificeren en gebruik maken van de “Acht Methoden Therapie” om hun behandeling strategie uit te voeren.
Vanwege de aard van de ziekteverwekker en de wijze waarop zij kunnen verplaatsen of ontwikkelen door het lichaam verschillende niveaus, een formule bevat vaak twee of meer strategieën om de aandoening te kunnen behandelen. Bijvoorbeeld, verminderingsmethode wordt soms gecombineerd met tonificerende methode, aftappen neerwaartse methode gecombineerd met harmoniserende methode, afhankelijke van de aard en plaats van aandoening en conditie van de patiënt.
Vandaag de acht strategieën zijn vertienvoudigd tot verdere subcategorieën formules op basis van hun therapeutische handelingen. Toch is de acht strategieën zijn de basis en het brede kader van waaruit alle strategieën ontstaan.
